TEATRO SURDO

Este trabalho buscou apresentar uma proposta de como trabalhar o Teatro e os Jogos Teatrais com surdos, a partir de uma experiência realizada em aulas de teatro oferecidas pela Professora Luciana Fernandes von Schroeter no Instituto Nacional de Educação para Surdos (INES), no período de 2012 a 2014. O estudo também relata sobre cultura surda, leis e direitos da educação dos surdos no Brasil. A metodologia se baseia em jogos teatrais, adaptados dos trabalhos de Viola Spolin e Augusto Boal, e ainda aqueles criados em turma por alunos e professora por meio de Jogos Teatrais em sala de aula. Propõe um Curso de Teatro em Libras para surdos e ouvintes que queiram aprender a Língua Brasileira de Sinais (LIBRAS) através do teatro. O estudo ressalta os Jogos Teatrais para o desenvolvimento da Libras e o desenvolvimento pessoal dos participantes. Em seguida mostra o processo de tradução, elaboração e apresentação da peça “A Pescaria” de Bertold Brecht, em Libras, realizada pelos alunos.

This present study proposes a way in which to work with Drama and Theatrical Games with deaf people. This work was based on the experience of theatre classes facilitated by Drama Teacher Luciana Fernandes von Schroeter at the National Institute of Education for the Deaf (INES) from 2012 to 2014. The study also reports about the Deaf culture, and educational laws and rights for deaf people in Brazil. The methodology included theatrical games based on Viola Spolin, Augusto Boal and those created in class by students and teacher by means of theatrical games for Deaf to held in school settings. It proposes Drama Classes in Libras for the hearing impaired, Deaf and listeners who want to learn the Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) through Drama. The study highlights theatrical games for the development of Libras and also for participant’s personal development. Then it shows the process of translation, elaboration, and presentation of the Play entitled “The Fishing Tackle” by Bertold Brecht in Libras by the participant students.
