Challenges and Actions in Promoting Adequate and Healthy Eating

 It brings together studies with the following objectives: promoting universal access to adequate and healthy food; fight food and nutritional insecurity; promote the production and management of healthy and sustainable food, including the strengthening of family farming, agroecologically based and healthy and democratic food systems; develop food and nutrition surveillance and education strategies; contribute to the strengthening of food and nutrition actions at the health care levels; control and prevent injuries resulting from poor diet; analyze and propose measures to control and regulate food and the biological, sanitary, nutritional and technological quality of production processes from the perspective of SAN.
