Professional with broad capacity for critical analysis and articulation of theoretical and practical knowledge, able to contribute to the solution of contemporary challenges related to the world of work and the current sociocultural, economic, environmental and political context, making SAN's reach effective in society.

At the end of the course, it is expected to have contributed to a professional who, in addition to the above characteristics, has enhanced his entrepreneurial profile and expanded his capacity for interpersonal relationships and negotiation to overcome demands and expectations in the development and implementation of techniques, products, innovative and ethical practices and processes that can be used as a working tool in the different public and private SAN scenarios, under the foundation of the research:

 . Health: points of the Health Care Network such as Basic Health Units, which have Primary Care Teams (Family or traditional Health, NASFs), Health Academies, Clinics, Hospitals, Health Surveillance Units, clinics, offices, between others;

 . Social Assistance: CRAS, CREAS, Community Centers, Institutional Welcoming for Children and Adolescents, Institutional Welcoming for the Homeless, Social Duty, Community Center, Tutelary Council, long-term institution for the elderly, among others;

 . SAN: popular restaurants, commercial restaurants, bars, snack bars, agriculture, fishing, food industry, food banks, community kitchens, Municipal Supply Center, fairs, Reference Centers in SAN, among others;

 . Education: schools, day care centers, universities, university restaurants, among others; Sports and Leisure: sports and recreation centers, leisure areas, clubs, gyms, among others.
