The UNIRIO Post-Graduate Program in Food and Nutrition (PPGAN) presents a differentiated proposal in the field of Food Sciences.  Considering that Food and Nutrition Safety is the realization of everyone’s right for regular and permanent access to quality food, combining the knowledge of Food Science for the development of food products, that besides the basic action of nourishing, can also act as functional, is indeed a great challenge. Thus, PPGAN proposes to qualify professionals in the development of new food products aiming for the health and well-being of the human being, as well as in the quality control that is physical-chemical, microbiological and hygienic sanitary, aiming at food and nutritional safety
