Abstract:
Musiler will be a free online songbook, didactic and highly versátil, containing songs and popular themes aimed at the musical practice of apprentices, teachers and amateurs. This repertoire will have as a guiding line the synthesis of information and the adaptation to multiple contexts of musical making, differing technically and fundamentally from the figures, tablatures and scores already available in the network or the printed publishing market.  The user will be able to control the information they want in the score he has accessed, change tones, add or remove lines of music or tablature, and activate playback functions of the work and related videos in the network. A user registration and social layout will allow discussions and contributions from the community, ensuring greater effectiveness and quality control.  Systematically, the scores available will be treated and evaluated professionally, avoiding the display of low quality editions and guaranteeing constant technical criteria in order to generate security for users. National and international tablature and chant sites tend to focus on literal versions of songs with complex and accurate transcriptions of solos, riffs and licks aimed at an audience of guitarists, bassists and drummers. In other instances they display bulky banks of encrypted letters in which essential musical information such as melody is missing. Our chosen format is that of the songbook, containing in itself the main melody, transcribed in score and tablature, cipher harmony and letter. We intend to serve the greatest possible number of music practitioners and to assist the growing demand for multi-use musical material with the inclusion of discipline in schools.  The premium functions of Musiler subscribers will allow access to more advanced functions of viewing and downloading of pdf's and open formats of music edition as .xml allowing full control over the work. In addition, subscribers will be able to post their own issues, assemble custom songbooks, and comment on editorial forms and decisions.
