II International Symposium on Myosin V II International Training Course on Cell Motility, Molecular
Motors and the Cytoskeleton |
Rio de Janeiro
Armação de Búzios
May 03-14, 2004
It is our great pleasure to extend
you an invitation to participate in the II International Symposium on Myosin V
(May 7th – 9th) and II International Training Course on
Cell Motility, Molecular Motors and the Cytoskeleton (May 03rd – 6th
and 11th – 14th), which will be held in Rio de Janeiro
and in Armação de Búzios. Búzios, on the Rio de Janeiro coast will provide us a
relaxed atmosphere to talk about cytoskeleton, cell motility, and the roles of
class V myosins. One full day will be dedicated to a social and schooner ride
along the coast. We are planning talks by investigators who have made important
contributions to the understanding of the molecular basis of cell motility with
focus on myosin-V. We also will have a poster section where recent results on
cellular and molecular aspects of cytoskeletal dynamics can be presented and
discussed.
